Cupid’s Chase is a national 5K Run that takes place in 25 cities, throughout 10 states, on the same day and at the same time. Community Options, Inc.(COI) is the host of the national Cupid’s Chase 5K Run. COI is a national nonprofit that has been developing community-based homes and employment supports for people with disabilities since 1989.
Kick off the running and racing season in Chicago at the 2012 Bank of America Shamrock Shuffle 8K. The 8K (4.97-mile) run starts and finishes in Chicago’s Grant Park.
This year’s run will be part of a morning full of fun activities! The USATF certified 5k course (3.1 mile) runs through the Village of Bridgeview, ending inside TOYOTA PARK, and finishes with a post-race festival that features great food, games, and giveaways. Post-race entertainment includes face painting and tiara decorating.
